Honorably Kansas City

The Honorable KC Travel Team: Dr. Sarah Peters, Katie Curl, Chance Zernicek, Nadia Martinez, Teresa White, Natalie Hegwer, Kennedy Thomas, Emily Hooker, Mckinlee Stafford, Dr. Taryn Chubb; Bottom row: Sam Pratt, Tyler Macon and Mitchell Wallis.

It started with Korean ice cream and the Freezing Cow in Tulsa.

After a night in Miami, we headed north.

The drama escalated quickly on our guided tour of the National World War One Museum and Memorial in KC.

Our next challenge: The Blue Nile.
Can these Honorable gentlemen handle an Ethiopian menu?

Nadia is a mango juice connosseur.

Next up: The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art.

Dr. Peters digs the Big Buddha.

Dr. Chubb offers insights into Maya Lin's Mississippi.

Nadia falls under the spell of Sarah Woolfalk's ChimaCloud.
One of these two men is Kehinde Wiley; the other is a fan, the Honorable Kehennede Thomas. Can you guess which is which?

Kennedy, Nadia and Teresa are hoping that the next giant shuttlecock doesn't land any closer than the last one did.

Kennedy's ghost haunts Robert Morris's glass labyrinth.

Nadia vs. Ursula von Rydingsvard's "Three Bowls"(1990).
Three Graces.

Trouble and strife: the Honors version.
An Honorable side-eye.

It is not polite to stare . . .

And then there was food. . .
And another close call with a Giant Shuttercock.
